I take great pride in my artwork and would never intentionally sell anything I thought to be flawed.  That being said glass is never perfect and does from time to time have small imperfection but if I think it impedes the integrity of my piece I do not sell it.  I take great care to listen to my customer's needs and make sure I understand the order when taken.  If for some reason there is a misunderstanding I will always do my best to correct the error.  Because this is art there will never be a time when I can make exactly the same design twice although they may look similar they are always unique.
